Schedule and Entry Form

Schedules for Southern Counties Championship Show will be posted to all last years exhibitors and are available by post from 1st March. The closing date for hard copy entries is 19th April and for on-line entries 26th April. Entry fees have been substantially reduced to celebrate our Centenary. They are £19.50 for the first entry for breeds with Challenge Certificates and £11.50 for non CC breeds. Subsequent entries are £3.00. There is no entrance fee or car parking fee for exhibitors and their friends and family travelling in the same vehicle, but there is parking charge of £5.00 per car for spectators. Credit Card/Debit Card entries will be accepted as usual but only if entries are made on-line.

Exhibitors are especially asked to take great care in completing their entry forms both in hard copy and on-line as they will be unable to change any details once the entry has been received.

Please note that credit card entries are acceptable but only with on-line entries and that there is a £1.00 fee charged by our printers for entering on line.

As usual, the Association's advertisements in the British canine press during the weeks prior to closing of entries will contain all the information required to enter. Location of the site, judging times and a map of the showground will be sent to all exhibitors with their passes. Exhibitors sending their entries in by post are are asked to write their breed/s on the front of the envelope.
